My son was looking for a house to purchase for his young family. My daughter-in-law and I first went to an open home on Tiel Lane, then the following week, went with my son and husband. By chance earlier that morning, I saw that another property on Tiel Lane was also for sale and headed there and met Salini. She was friendly, not pushy which was fantastic. My family liked this one better.

When we decided to put in a conditional offer. Salini's negotiation skills were put to the test; both sides were pretty much positional negotiators. The building report highlighted issues with the roof that she negotiated with the sellers to fix. While it shouldn't have been an issue for the Vendor to fix, Salini still needed to work her magic, as the Vendor had to fix or reduce the price accordingly.

Salini worked late, persevered with the negotiation and the deal was concluded late that night at about 9 pm. It was difficult for her, as she was actually negotiating with three people on the buyer's side and my husband and I are hard negotiators. Kudos to her!

This has been a review that has been a long time coming. I've known Salini since May 2021. Back then, I was a first home buyer with my husband, knowing nearly nothing about house materials, housing markets and legal terms. Working with Salini was very easy. She was very knowledgeable, gave so much advice and made us aware of what is realistic in terms of our expectations. I remember the time we spent looking through the listings she fished out for us and gave us exactly what we wanted. Sometimes we'd message each other until 11pm at night and I'd wake up to at least two to three listings at 6am.
