Common problems faced by landlords
When it comes to being a landlord, the last thing you want to do is spend your weekends sorting out problems. That’s why having a property manager is so important.
Property management is our area of expertise. We’re up with all the legislative ins and outs so can deal with any issues that arise quickly and effectively.
Common problems faced by landlords without property managers
- Payment issues / rent arrears
- Issues around repairs and maintenance
- Tenants refusing access
- Damage to property
- Lack of understanding around what actions to take when receiving complaints
- General issues around legal obligations.
How our property managers resolve disputes
We take a proactive approach to property management. We do all we can to make sure problems do not arise in the first place, or if they do, ensure they are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Any problems that arise will be directed to the property manager straight away. In many circumstances, property managers will be able to quickly and easily sort out the problem and in some cases won't even need to involve the landlord.
