- Average rent has increased in the past 12 months by $22, this is an increase of 4.4%.
- The greatest percentage increase in this period has been in the South Auckland area, which is up by 5.4%.
- Percentage growth has been stronger in smaller properties in the past 12 months, with one bedroom properties increasing by 5.2% and two bedroom properties by 4.6%.
