Find out how the average rent for different-sized Auckland properties has changed over the past year.
- With minimal fluctuations in the average sale price and rental of three bedroom properties, the average yield has remained stable at 3.1% since July 2017.
- When ranked by yield, seven of the top ten suburbs are in South Auckland.
- Average South Auckland rents have increased 3.7% in the last 12 months.
- Large homes (5+ bedrooms) show the largest increase of 4.5%
