From individual stars to dynamic teams, we recognised those who excelled in their regions and fields of expertise over the past year.

The theme of ‘Under The Stars’ certainly shone through at the venue as the event came alive with performances by Diamond Entertainment and The Lady Killers, captivating the audience of nearly 700 attendees. 

In his opening speech, CEO Chris Dobbie noted how the achievements of those in the room not only placed them at the top of Barfoot & Thompson, but also, above many within the real estate industry - all of them having succeeded in a highly competitive environment.

Reflecting on the change at the company that has occurred since he first walked through the door 30 years ago, Dobbie noted that change has been embraced when needed, and growth has occurred because of it. Many of those sitting before him have been invited back year after year due to their success built off the constant drive and determination to do better and be better - to embrace change and grow.

Amidst the anticipation, our award winners took centre stage, basking in the spotlight and receiving well-deserved recognition as we celebrated our highest achievers across Residential, Rural & Lifestyle, Property Management, Commercial, and Body Corporate Services. All award winners exemplify the power of dedication and adaptability in a constantly evolving landscape.

The evening culminated in the announcement of our Elite Award winners, recognising the top performers who achieved extraordinary results.
