I came to the real estate industry in 2017, following a very successful career in customer service. Since joining, I have been recognised as the Top Team Member in an Award Winning Team. I am now working as an individual salesperson and I bring the same motivation and passion to this role.

My personal skills and talents add value to my real estate career as well as the rest of my life. My enthusiasm, friendliness and optimism are enjoyed by my colleagues and my clients. I am able to work calmly under pressure and always with a smile. When dealing with my vendors and purchasers, something that really makes a difference is my ability to think on my feet and come up with "outside the box" solutions. My studies include a Bachelor of Commerce degree and completion of my hard-earned Real Estate Licence, of which I am immensely proud.

Together with my Associates Veronica Ding and Gratia Gu, our fluency in languages and our diverse skill sets, blend to cater to a wide range of sellers and buyers’. I have a good command of English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi (as well as other Indian dialects), Veronica speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese and Gratia is fluent in English and Chinese.

Over the years, I have built a large network of local Chinese, Indian and Kiwi developers who like to consult with me regarding the latest market trends and updates. I have also developed a large database of active and passive buyers, which is why my listed properties get sold reasonably quickly. I believe my network gives me an edge and creates a win-win situation for both vendors and purchasers.
