Lucy was very warm and professional. She kept us well-informed throughout the process and spent as much time as required to talk us through each step, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Lucy also went above and beyond, helping to find our new house, and handled much of that process on our behalf, which made our life that much easier as we had one point of contact on both sides.
