Natalie kept me updated with weekly zoom meetings and was available for any questions or concerns. She went over and above in the staging and preparation for the house to go onto the market. At the auction she was very professional and honest throughout the process. The outcome of the auction was great for both the vendor and purchaser. I have been dealing with Natalie from the first open home when I checked out a property on Norfolk Rise, Waiuku. She was very professional and friendly and certainly knew her stuff. After meeting you in 2023 when we were just checking out Waiuku as an area, we found you very approachable as an agent. During the buying process, communication was prompt which ensured a pretty smooth experience overall when it came to dealing with the vendors, which was very helpful in reducing stress levels. I think that overall, some people can leave the buying experience with a sour taste because of the agents, and I'm glad that we were lucky not to have been one of them. We found you quite honest, reasonable and empathetic to both ours and the vendor's situations.

As we were relocating from the South Island, finding a suitable home was a daunting job. We were not able to look at houses easily in Waiuku and Natalie was fantastic in her willingness to assist us as an agent we could talk to.
