Previously ranked as one of the top five commercial salespeople for a nation-wide real estate company, Hayden has proven himself to be one of the industry's top performers. Starting out as the Office Sales Manager at Barfoot & Thompson Kerikeri, he has now moved to the role of Branch Manager.

Prior to real estate, Hayden was trained as a Marine Engineer Officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy before completing a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) at the University of Auckland. 13 years of experience in the field followed.

The culmination of commercial real estate sales and engineering experience have fostered an exceptional work ethic and strong analytical skills. He's conscious of putting clients at ease, and knows that facts and figures help you make an informed decision about the offer you are being presented.

Outside of real estate, Hayden is a committed father and husband. He's the member of several sports clubs including football, tennis and paddle boarding. He has also been a Rotary and BNI member and is closely involved in his children's hobbies including coaching their soccer team. It's the diversity of outdoor activities and beaches on offer in the Bay of Islands area that make this a special place for Hayden to call home.
