Jenny has been our rental manager for approximately three years, and both our rental tenants and ourselves have always been happy with her approach. Some rental agents talk to the tenants in a very unpleasant and disrespectful way, leaving the tenant feeling like the landlords are unhappy with them. This causes friction and the tenants then become very demanding and unreasonable. We have never once had a complaint from any of our tenants. Jenny is 100% thorough and I leave her to managing all the issues, that might arise with maintenance etc. I have always put her forward as a rental manager if asked by friends, with 100% confidence.

We have been using Barfoot & Thompson for our rental property and we have found Jenny Rollinson Kumeu branch excellent. She is always able to answer any questions and concerns we have had. She provides top service is very friendly, happy and gives honest feed back.
