We recently sold our home with Jagpal after having him recommended by friends. Our home represented a tough sell in the area as it was at a very low price point for the location at the time, so our expectation of Jagpal was to overcome that challenge and bring buyers from others areas as well as locally in order to achieve the sale. "We met Jagpal when we were interviewing for salespeople on behalf of my father in law. He went with someone else but we would have chosen Jack,which is why we contacted him when we came to sell our rental property. The main problem for everyone was the road was dug up completely for the entire run of the open homes which made Jagpals job difficult. However, he rounded up every person he thought may be interested and never gave up. It wasn't the easiest sale for him we believe.

From our first meeting with Jagpal to the final stage of the sale, it was trouble free for us. We had absolute confidence in our salesperson who kept us up to date regularly and dealt with a few thorny issues that arose. We were out of Auckland for the greater part of the marketing. For reasons outside all of our control , the marketing became difficult with a total road closure for three of the four weeks of the open homes.
