Lucy was such a massive help in the purchase of our first home. Despite it being a long weekend she was super responsive in terms of answering our calls and questions, and facilitated short notice viewings so we could move fast! Lucy first showed us through the property on a Thursday evening and by Sunday we had a signed agreement in place - we couldn't have achieved that without her speedy communication, professionalism, and genuine efforts to reach a winning outcome for all involved. We love our new home so much, and Lucy made a normally stressful process so much easier and more enjoyable - she'll be our first choice for any future RE services!
