We recently sold our house with Lisa Parfitt as our agent and what I can say about Lisa is that she is hardworking, thoughtful and knows the Northpark market extremely well, with a proven past. Lisa is an expert in marketing a home and has great taste when it comes to choosing the right staging furniture and accessories and knowing how they will photograph. She's also very aware of what photo's will attract the maximum number of people through your home. We had high numbers go through our home during the campaign and I feel that was due to Lisa's ability to market well. The video she created was very comprehensive as well.
