My wife and I met Mike and another Barfoot & Thompson salesperson at an open home in Howick, of which we expressed an interest. We requested Mike to provide an appraisal on our Nelson Street property. This he did and from this point on we requested Mike and another Barfoot & Thompson salesperson to market the property. The marketing was interrupted by Level 4 Covid -19. During the Lockdown with no activity, Mike kept in regular contact by both phone and house calls.We appreciated this communication. At the commencement of Level 2, both Mike and the other Barfoot & Thompson Salesperson managed open homes every weekend until the sale.
