It's hard to find genuine real estate salespeople who care for you, your property and the history properties have, especially as this was my family home, and letting it finally go was a difficult process. I did not have a great experience with the last salesperson I had, so having to go through another was questionable for me. I'm so glad Mark took me on board! He is kind, genuine, tells you the facts and does not sugar-coat anything, which is what I prefer.
