I challenge you to find a better salesperson!

We listed with Nicole just before Lockdown one. First open home the week of Lockdown, so strangely enough we had no one come through. This didn't deter Nicole or us. Internet marketing for the next few weeks before we could stage open homes but over this time Nic kept us well informed and just generally kept in touch. We held zoom meetings to just chat and share a wine when we couldn't talk face to face. Once Lockdown finished, open homes started and we had potential future lovers of our fantastic home come through. Nic found a family that were an ideal fit for our house and pretty soon she was helping us both with the whole process of buying and selling. With acting honestly on both of our behalves, the negotiations finished and I think both parties were very happy with the result. At the same time Nic also took one of our close friends through the same process (it actually ended up being a bit of a race) and built the same relationship. Since we sold our property I have enthusiastically recommended her to another friend who has also sold with her. Nic is an awesome salesperson and if you are lucky enough she'll become a friend. The outcome was perfect, and our house sold in five days with her marketing package. Because we were selling during Level 2, Nicole's workload was a lot higher than usual with regards to showings, but she was so positive throughout. Would highly recommend.

Awesome service. We met with a few agents first before listing, but got a good feeling with Nicole and Clare. In particular, there being two of them - as opposed to other agents working on their own who instructed us that we needed to do a lot ourselves.
