Just wanted to pass on some feedback on Punish Budhiraja. Initially we were hesitant on having an salesperson to show us properties as we thought, what would salespeople would do differently than we are already doing. Well, I was wrong and Punish and proved otherwise.

To start with:

1) He was punctual and shortlisted properties based on our criteria.
2) Followed auctions closely and came back to us if there were any passed in.
3) Always pro-active and informative about the properties.
4) Timely communication and getting things done at a fast pace, as few auctions I've attended have to get variations in the last couple of hours.
5) Most importantly he was encouraging, as at one point we almost gave up and thought of moving to a rented place. The list goes on.

In the end, I'm sad that it didn't work out but it was a great experience working with him and will look forward to working with Barfoot & Thompson in the future.

Also, a special mention for David Holton for his expertise on a few of the very complex Auckland council aspects.
