There are no words that can express how grateful and thankful we are for their help, support and care for our family during this whole process of selling our homes, i) being our family home of 40+ years and ii) our home we built and invested and lived in for five years in Israel Ave.

Reema came into our lives through an enquiry I made online I believe and from there it was such an amazing journey. She wanted to get to know us and our history of our home and also dealt so well with my emotional waves when it came to our homes. Reema made sure we were comfortable every step of the way reassuring us just as much! I'm so glad she didn't give up on us because we wouldn't be where we are today. Reema’s nature was our calm before the storm at times and she never faulted. She made sure we got answers and always checked if we were okay. We will never forget her love and advice for us throughout this whole process.

Then, we were introduced to Amina, the total opposite to Reema but they complemented each other so well. That's why I say they are the perfect duo.

Amina - our Pocket Rocket, was a burst of positive energy who was ready with homes to view and a wealth of information about each house I had enquired about - nothing was ever a problem that could not be solved. Amina was challenged with our different ideas and requests but she made sure we were heard and she exceeded expectations every time. She organised our viewings and made sure we had something lined up on days we were available and stayed with us the whole way through.

I really do hope if you have new people coming into the real estate industry that they are coached or mentored by these two amazing ladies; their professionalism, care, compassion and commitment to their work is the reason why you have happy families who have resettled and started new beginnings. They are like family to us now and although we are nearing the end of this journey I know we will always keep in touch.

Thank you Reema and Amina, for loving our family and being there for us in what we thought was a cut throat industry with little trust in it - you definitely turned it around and humanised it by just being your amazing selves. It is with heartfelt gratitude that we wish to recognise the efforts of Reema Sabherwal and especially Amina Shahzad. My family and I had been searching for approximately three to four months before finding the Panmure property. She showed us properties in Central Auckland to as far south as Papakura and Takanini.
