Susan relates well with tenants, landlords and the trade team. This positive personality trait has been helpful in resolving urgent maintenance issues such as replacing a leaking bathroom with a shower cubicle. This requires delicate co-ordination between tenants, landlord, painter, electrician, plumber and builder in the midst of a supply chain crisis.
