In the 12 months to January 2025, we sold over $600 million worth of lifestyle/rural property, with sales in this space continuing to grow. More than 150 accredited rural and lifestyle salespeople based out of 23 branches – from Northland down to Tuakau – specialise in rural sales. This is supported by our overall strength in the Auckland market – around two in five listed Auckland homes are sold by us.
