Six months prior to selling, I was on the lookout to find a suitable salesperson to help sell our house when the time came. Dutch was the first to reach out and after meeting and having a chat I knew he was the perfect salesperson for us. He has many years of experience and so is very knowledgeable. I have bought and sold properties in Auckland over the last 15 years, my most recent being on the North Shore using Dutch in March 2020.

To all those people who think real estate agents are the scum of the earth and make so much money for doing absolutely nothing, you need to meet Dutch van Geuns. He gave up numerous weekends; driving the countryside to find the perfect property for us to buy, was very helpful in his comments on all those that we went and saw. We wanted to sell our investment properties but we had a problem. We never got the CCC for shifting our original house and building, a new one too. That was done 20 years ago.
