Adding value to whatever I undertake, is one of my guiding principles. Real estate is indeed an industry where I can do just that.

Running a 40+ person dealing room in London, managing a $1bln credit trading portfolio and designing and building six executive homes in West Auckland, are three of my greatest achievements.

I have a B,Sc., in Economics and Accountancy from City, University of London and a variety of investment banking qualifications. As for my experiences in New Zealand, firstly I was a developer and helped build homes in West Auckland. I then moved on to become an exporter and creator of retail brands for Asian markets. My diverse working background as an investment banker, a developer and the creator of retail brands for the Asian market has given me the skill-set to build a solid foundation for real estate. This is true for both product knowledge and marketing experience. It follows, that my area of interest is both residential/rural sales and small to medium-sized developments.

I am Canadian and have lived in New Zealand for 19 years. My wife and our two girls are living the truly rural, Kiwi lifestyle - we have lots of pets! When the kids were younger I was an assistant coach for the Junior Waitakere Bears softball team and also the school basketball team coach. I still enjoy being involved in the local community and keeping in touch with my children's activities.
