I have been involved in property my whole working life. I have worked on housing developments and built many homes myself. I particularly enjoy building architecturally designed houses - standing back and viewing an architectural creation is very satisfying!

As a Registered Quantity Surveyor, I have an in-depth knowledge of building methods and materials, the ability to read and interpret building plans and the skills to estimate building material and labour costs – so when I’m viewing a property for clients, I bring that experience with me.

My family and I live in the Henderson Valley near the Waitakere Ranges. We love the quiet, peaceful environment and regularly go on bush walks. The clean air is truly refreshing and it is an awesome place to live. We also enjoy snow skiing in the winter.

As a family, we are part of an organisation that provides relief to people who have experienced natural disasters around the world.

English is my first language but I also speak some Mandarin and a little German. We have been teaching our son Mandarin and he is becoming quite fluent in the language now.

I am an old-fashioned hard worker. For my vendors I work to achieve the best price for their property, and for my buyers I have a keen eye for detail and can assist with you in the buying process.
