Living abroad as I do, it is fundamental that I have an outstanding Portfolio Manager to oversee the care and attention of my rental property. I have complete trust in Anna; she does a remarkable job and has given me peace of mind.
I think that in matters pertaining to property, the main link is communication at all levels. Anna is just brilliant at "keeping me in the picture". She emails me as soon as issues arise on the property, plus when I receive my routine property reports, Anna helps with any problems that may have developed, calling in reliable tradespeople when necessary to deal with required maintenance.
