We have been using the services of Barfoot & Thompson to manage our rental property and we have found Amber Marchant our property manager, excellent. She looks into areas of concern by giving honest, friendly and professional advice and feedback. Any issues with the tenant is dealt with in a professional manner and looked into and we are informed about these promptly especially when doing routine condition reports.
