Before moving into the property management sector, I gained a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and spent 10 years in retail customer services, five of which were in a management position. During this time, I developed solid business information management, sales and marketing skills and performed numerous character reference checks.

The skills I've acquired over the past few years are proving invaluable in property management, where my landlords rely on me to provide top quality service and trusted advice. I pride myself on my strong service orientation, my friendly, energetic and trustworthy nature and the passion I put into my work.
