I am a renter of a property that the Manurewa Branch is currently managing. Denise Paretovich is my current Property Manager.

I was recently asked by the landlord what my experience has been with Barfoot & Thompson thus far and wanted to pass along this feedback to you too:

"I've found Denise, in particular, to be really lovely, great as a rental manager, and really good to deal with in regards to communication with anything to do with the house - water bills, installation of the heat pump and the washing line, reminders for property inspections, etc... I have found her to be a really great rental manager and would highly recommend her".

Quite often Property Managers don't receive good feedback about the mahi that they do. In this instance, I wanted to communicate how much I've personally appreciated having a Property Manager who is great on all fronts from a renter's perspective.
