Joining the team at Barfoot & Thompson Beachlands in November 2022, was a culmination of my many years in the industry working as a salesperson. I’ve always enjoyed meeting people and my passion for property resulted in a sales record that saw me exceeding my clients’ goals with every transaction.

I now reside in Beachlands, having moved to Whitford around a decade ago and I truly believe it is one of the best areas in East Auckland to live. The green spaces, parks and beaches here are protected which is great if, like me, you have a young family and you want a safe and healthy, outdoors-oriented environment to bring your kids up in. Real estate was relatively undervalued here for a long time, with the wider public not really cottoning on to just how amazing this region is. But now, the secrets out it would seem!

Many are long-time locals who know the market and the people here, and who have been selling and/or managing rural and lifestyle properties for many years. Barfoot & Thompson has always done well here too, particularly in the Beachlands and Maraetai area, where for the last few years the company has consistently led the market, selling an average of one in every two properties.
