My career started in law, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree and practised as a lawyer, becoming proficient in contract law, negotiation and problem-solving. These skills were instrumental in my transition to real estate, where I have successfully managed complex transactions and provided strategic guidance.
Being honest and driven, I have built strong and effective relationships with my clients which have resulted in excellent outcomes. Over my 17 years sales career, I was the top salesperson in my branch for many years and I also led a successful sales team in the West Auckland Region.
What I’ve learned over time is that the foundation of any successful team is its people. My focus as a branch manager is on attracting, developing and retaining top-tier talent.
