It was a pleasure meeting Ian and to have him as a Property Manager. Communication is key between tenants and Property Managers and Ian has shown an understanding when problems have arisen and resolved them quickly and efficiently. Ian Gonsalves was looking after our rental property for us in Swanson. He kept us well informed as to how things were going there and if was any repairs that needed doing he got those done quickly and efficiently. He was truly professional and for the first time, I saw a person from Barfoot & Thompson using a foot cover before entering the property. I would like to bring your attention to my experience with your team. I bought my first house from Barfoot & Thomson in December 2018. Maninder assisted me very well with this. I contacted Barfoot & Thompson when I was in a terrible situation dealing with the wrong and clever tenants who I chose. Barfoot & Thompson took ownership of the management and faced even more difficulties handling the tenant for not making rental payments. I am now up-to-date with the missing payments. This is only possible because of the hard and smart work done by Ian Gonsalves and his team. Ian's professional approach toward the tenant made it hard for them to miss any more payments and also I got paid for whatever was missing.

Thanks again for all of your efforts. As I had been offered a three-month no service fee by Barfoot & Thompson, Ian dealt with this situation free of charge, for which I am highly appreciative.

Ian was absolutely fantastic from day one. We were hit with the Lockdown challenges and couldn’t really get the payments changed until now. Ian was always available to assist and never made me feel that he would only assist when Barfoot & Thompson starts managing the property/getting rent.
