I am writing to you regarding one of the Property Managers on your team , Julia Baldock-Chung. We just thought it would nice if we could say a few words regarding how good having her as the Property Manager for our property in Henderson that we purchased in June of this year.

When we first met her she was both friendly and professional, taking the time to explain to us everything that was involved in using her as our Property Manager as it is the first time we have done so .

Her services since then have been excellent. Firstly in finding us a tenant which we believe at the current time can be hard. But she persevered and found us one which has so far been a good tenant. Since then she has always kept us updated regarding anything involving the property, we've always received the rent on time and more recently informed us of the result of a recent inspection.

She gives us peace of mind - we know that the management of our property is in good hands. We are so happy that yet another employee of your branch has made us feel we chose the right people to go to and we will continue so if need be.

I am writing this note to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work Julia Baldock-Chung is doing at Barfoot & Thompson, Albany as a Property Manager.

Over the years Julia has been managing our properties and we have been consistently impressed with her professionalism and dedication. Julia’s ability to handle tenant issues promptly and efficiently has greatly contributed to the smooth operation of the properties. Her proactive approach in maintaining the properties, addressing maintenance requests and ensuring compliance with all regulations has not gone unnoticed.

Due to Julia’s efforts and proactive steps, our properties have significantly enhanced the living experience for all tenants and have helped to maintain a high occupancy rate by our tenants staying for long terms in our properties. Therefore, disruptions are minimal to our returns. Julia is available to discuss any concerns we may have had, and she has always provided valuable insights and recommendations that have been instrumental in making informed decisions regarding our properties. Julia's outstanding management skills, commitment and sincere dedication have made a significant positive impact on the properties and its tenants.

Julia has been looking after my two rental properties for a year or so and in that time she has impressed on all accounts, but particularly on: communication (always keeping me in the picture), energy and application in addressing issues, and holding tenants and contractors to account.

On the communication front, Julia calls to keep me in the picture and always inspires confidence. She always leaves me feeling reassured that she is competent and on top of issues that arise, and has managed difficult issues resulting in wins on both (tenant and owner) sides. An example of a difficult issue was getting a delivery company to pay a substantial amount to replace vinyl flooring when part of it was damaged when delivering a heavy fridge.

Julia is a very impressive Property Manager who is both warm and highly effective.

Julia manages three rental properties for us and provides an excellent service. We have good tenants (always have had), and any transition between tenants has been handled quickly and expertly. Julia provides regular reports on the houses in considerable detail, and with very useful recommendations for urgent needs and more long-term ones. When we agree on suggested maintenance and repairs, quotes are obtained rapidly and the work gets done quickly and well. Julia has had to handle at least one major project recently, with the tenants moving out for the interim, and this was done efficiently while maintaining good relations with the tenants, workmen and ourselves.

Julia is always accessible, responds quickly and takes the initiative. During Lockdowns, under difficult circumstances, she maintained this mode of operation very well.

We are very happy with Julia’s excellent work for us and the great relationship that she has developed.
