In 2019, I joined the Body Corporate industry and over time I’ve become an

experienced manager working across a diverse portfolio of Body Corporates, commercial units, shopping centres and large residents’ societies.

Before coming to this particular industry I had a background in customer care research, pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare.

I believe that property is one of the biggest investments a person can make and as such, it is important to protect that investment by having a Body Corporate Manager who understands the intricacies of this area.

Within my role I have I provided guidance, education and support to committees, property owners and chairs, drawing on the expertise I have gained in the legislative area, as well as the practical experience I’ve had in management. I not only work to assist owners with their investment, but also aim to provide the highest level of transparency with financial management and governance. Having bought and lived in a multi-unit dwelling myself, I walk the talk.

I have been described as warm and knowledgeable. My passion is to build strong relationships with clients, and grow communities, using the skills that come with challenges and problem solving.

The Barfoot & Thompson Body Corporate team is a collaborative group committed to excellent customer service. Emily Chen-Borger is my assistant and she is fantastic. Last year Emily and I won Top Team in the Barfoot & Thompson Body Corporate division.
