After some time at Barfoot & Thompson Tauranga, I’ve joined the Property Management team at Mairangi Bay. I bring with me over eight years of experience managing residential properties across some of New Zealand's key locations including Auckland, Gisborne and Whakatane.

With a passion for the property management industry and a commitment to excellence, I am continually seeking new challenges and opportunities to apply my skills.

My career as a Property Manager began in Auckland where I quickly adapted to the fast-paced and competitive property market, developing strategies to maximise occupancy rates and ensure tenant and owner satisfaction.

Gisborne introduced me to managing properties in emerging markets. As Senior Property Manager at Whakatane I managed urban apartments and in the Bay of Plenty I gained valuable experience managing large rural properties. Over time, successfully managing a portfolio of over 150 diverse properties has allowed me to further hone my skills in tenant relations, property maintenance and financial management and has given me a deep understanding of New Zealand's property market trends.

When it comes to property management, strong working relationships with property owners and tenants is crucial. Regulatory Compliance i.e., being up-to-date with property law, health and safety standards, and housing regulations and expertise in tenant selection, conflict resolution, and retention strategies means all clients are happy with our service.
