Hi Karen. As discussed last week, we have eventually reached the stage of buying our own home and would therefore need to give notice to terminate our rental at Penzance Road, Mairangi Bay.  We plan to move over a few days and then do a thorough clean once the furniture is out. I've arranged for the carpet cleaners to come in on Monday 16th March at 9:30 am. The effective date therefore will be Monday 16th March once the carpet cleaning is done.
