"We have leased the property for around 25 years. The previous managers before Stacey were not bad but we rarely heard from them unless there were problems with the flat , repairs or insurance etc. One issue I only discovered when Stacey took over was that the rent had not been adjusted for a long period of time and so we had lost quite a bit of rent. When Stacey took over the management, I noticed an immediate change in the service - I had many more emails and Stacey kept me informed of absolutely everything - adjustment of rent, improving the look of the property, her view on repairs and replacement of items. In fact I cannot fault Stacey at all , all my queries were replied to immediately and I felt I had full trust in her in the running of the property. Over the years, I have noticed that global service standards in all areas of service have dropped quite badly. It is quite refreshing to know that there are still companies/staff that provide excellent service."

Stacey attended to every email or issue I have raised to her really super quick and takes it seriously. She’s been super helpful during the entire year stay for me in this unit.
