Sonia Martinez is an outstanding property manager, she makes necessary and professional communication when there is a need. She has good knowledge of property management, she knows what to do and resolves the problem in a timely manner. If you are looking for a good property manager to look after your property and save your time, remove your headache, she is the one you want to work with. She was not the first person I contacted at B&T, but in my opinion she is the best and I would recommend her to other people.
