Sandy has a natural ability to sense upcoming potential issues and hence prepares herself to the best. She has been managing both of my properties nearly autonomously and that has helped me build trust and confidence in her management skills. She is also very open and positive about any feedback and I see her focusing more on ways to save my costs without compromising on tenant comfort and abiding by the law.

When my Mum was dying, there was a tenancy change. The Property Manager dealt with everything including cleaning the oven , getting the lawns mowed and gardens tidied and arranging for rubbish to be collected.
