I joined Barfoot & Thompson early in 2017 and I quickly established a thriving Property Management team, based out at the Titirangi branch.

My leadership and dedication were recognised a year later, in 2018, when I was awarded the #1 Top Achiever award and the Top Customer Satisfaction award for West Auckland.

With a strong background in facilitation and drama teaching, I seamlessly transitioned into the role of Property Management Trainer, where I helped shape the next generation of professionals. Over the years, I’ve progressed into management, serving as Manager of Training and Recruitment before being appointed Regional Manager – Property Management, in 2024.

In my current role, I oversee the Training Team and Training Academy, where new cadets embark on meaningful career journeys in Property Management. I work closely with branches across the network, providing support in staff management, business development and enhancing customer experience strategies.

A firm believer in the family values of Barfoot & Thompson, I am passionate about ensuring staff have access to top-tier training, keeping them up-to-date with the latest compliance requirements, rental trends and government regulations.

Outside of real estate, I am an active member of the arts community and a dedicated theatre director. In my spare time, I bring full-scale musicals to life across Auckland, combining my leadership skills with my love for the performing arts.
