Steve and his wife Ash were born and raised in Northern Zimbabwe where they lived and successfully farmed until the political upheaval in the country caused them to move with their children to start a new life on Auckland's North Shore.

Steve began working for Barfoot and Thompson in September 2001 and became Branch manager at Northcote in September 2012.

Steve leads an energetic, multicultural team of sales agents and a dynamic property management division.
