Toni Elliott provides quick responses to all questions and is very effective to seek further thought and guidance to resolve issues that arise. Furnace to central heating failed. Toni consulted with the heating installer who advised a replacement furnace would be costly. Toni concluded a heat pump was the most appropriate solution. Cost $3,000 vs 5k to 10k to import and replace the furnace. A rain storm March 22/22 caused internal flooding. Toni quickly contacted Clean Green and suggested I place an insurance claim. Issue resolved and insurance let me keep 50% of my no-claims bonus. These are only two examples of Toni being very proficient. In addition, other team members who assist me are also very proficient. Tina Sweeney handles Watercare and Robyn stepped in while Toni was on leave and assisted finding and recommending existing tenants.
