Having chosen Barfoot & Thompson to establish myself in real estate 25 years ago, I achieved considerable success early on in my career. Recognised by the Directors for the accomplishment of selling 101 properties in one financial year, I was appointed to the Northcote management position, and with further success in this role, it was only natural for me to take hold of a greater challenge and lead the Albany branch.

As a dependable Manager, I believe in an open-door policy encouraging growth and offering guidance while building a team of honest and conscientious salespeople. The past 16 years in management have been highlighted by setting record sales as a branch and seeing my salespeople attain prestigious company awards, but most importantly building a loyal and honourable team.
