As a Branch Manager, I can confidently state that I’m an expert in real estate and that my experience in sales, regulations and training sets me apart from the crowd. Over the last 15 years, I have immersed myself in the outcomes, surprises, complications, successes, fluctuations and positive endings for both my clients and those that I have managed. I intimately understand industry best practices and back not just my team in Mt Eden, but also the 1,500+ salespeople that form the Barfoot & Thompson network.

My sales career began in 2002 in the Eastern bays area, where I built a reputation for action and results. Within my first year, I was recognised as a top achiever. Because of this, I was approached to coach and mentor others in the industry. Since then, I have guided some of New Zealand's top salespeople as they have navigated various market cycles. I have also counselled real estate business owners and managed Barfoot & Thompson's training team which meant sharing my knowledge and experience in all areas of the sales and purchase process. I am so proud that I am able to empower people to succeed and that my knowledge is leveraged for the benefit of their clients.

I believe my professional strength lies in my grasp of the psychology behind selling and the strategies needed to achieve top results. This savvy also has a way of making the real estate process look effortless and has assisted hundreds of real estate salespeople kick start their careers.

My knowledge of the intricacies of the industry and my ability to negotiate, is what drives results for clients and makes me a great advisor. I bring energy and enthusiasm to my team and, as a result, I am always there for support and advice behind the scenes.
