While this apartment is lucky enough to include a car-park in the secure parking area downstairs, a car isn't a necessity as Merchant Quarter is situated in the very heart of New Lynn, in fact you would be hard pressed to live any closer. Access to the trains and buses, Lynnmall, Brickworks eateries, the medical centre, the movies and all the other great amenities that New Lynn now offers are just an elevator ride away.
This particular apartment enjoys many features that the others don't so best to come and see it for yourself. Don't be the one who misses out!
