When it comes to understanding all that goes with any property transaction, my long involvement in the building and construction industry gives me an advantage. I can communicate with developers, tradespeople, designers, councils and compliance professionals with confidence and if needed, I’m a good negotiator.

I’ve always enjoyed studying – I see it as a way to always be improving myself and my place in society. I have completed diplomas in Korean, Management and Business Development and a National Certificate and National Diploma in Real Estate awarding me AREINZ status. Apart from being a successful salesperson, roles of Sales and Branch Manager add another dimension to my skills.

Outside of work and study, gardening and family activities on my small lifestyle block would have to be among my favourite past-times. I love to cook and travel when I can.
