David specialises in the sales and leasing of a diverse range of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Auckland region, and beyond. Since starting in the industry in early 2013, David has enjoyed success in a large number of real estate transactions, including both sales and leasing. These transactions have included tenanted investment properties, vacant commercial and industrial buildings, development land, as well as various commercial and industrial leases.

David has also been responsible for some large transactions out side of Auckland including land with buildings in excess of 79 hectares in Christchurch and a 5 hectare manufacturing plant in Whangarei.

Through these transactions David has gained in depth knowledge across all facets of land, building and plant sales.

David has the ability to relate to all types of clients due to the experience gained from his previous roles in sales management as well as being a director of his own business.

His motivation is to match an in-depth, local insight with a friendly, straightforward approach in order to understand and satisfy the unique needs and requirements of each individual client. David will always aim to deliver efficient, quality service to all parties.

To balance his strong work ethics he also likes to take advantage of the fantastic surroundings that we are so fortunate to live in, to go fishing, diving, skiing and camping with his family.
