My property selling career began in South Africa with Chas Everitt International Property Group and Glenvista Johannesburg franchise. Within a few short months of starting, my competitive nature and ability to build a cohesive and productive sales team played a major part in my receiving awards at a franchise, regional and national level. To achieve this in a group ranked in the Top 5 in South Africa is almost unheard of, and is something of which I am extremely proud. In my time as part of the Chas Everitt family, I increased production and turnover year on year exponentially, despite incredibly tough market conditions and strong competition.
I was chosen as a panel member and a Brand Service Ambassador at the Chas Everitt National Leadership Council in 2019 based on my turnover results and the unprecedented feedback given by clients, regarding my service and work ethic over the prior two years.
Today, I use a systematic approach with every person, working to conclude their real estate transactions with maximum efficiency and minimum stress, whether they are buying or selling. My unique strategies, tailor made to each individual’s specific circumstances, typically result in successful outcomes.
Barfoot &Thompson’s history of success in Auckland and on the international stage is on a par with my specialising in the luxury market and being part of leading real estate companies of the world, so joining this company’s St Heliers branch was an easy decision.
I am a family man with a beautiful wife and four amazing children. I work hard to create a good life for them in this great country.
