When my washing machine was disconnected, I discovered a leak in the tap and as a long shot, asked Steve whether he knew anyone who could fix it. Within two days he was able to come up with someone and the tap was fixed which took a lot of pressure off me. Additionally, and what further reiterates what a special person Steve is, was when I discovered the day prior to settlement that my house cleaners had let me down. I asked Steve if he knew of anyone who did cleaning. He couldn’t come up with anyone at such short notice, so he went with mop and vacuum and did the clean himself. This really set him apart as far as I am concerned, and his kindness is not forgotten.
