I’m excited to be working as a Sales Associate to Andrea Tavae. Both Andrea and I are long-term residents of the Bays, having raised our families in this wonderful part of the North Shore.

Experience meets education. When you combine my almost 20 years of experience in the business with Andrea’s university background in both property and psychology - together, we make a formidable team.

I’m very much a people-person – friendly, open and honest, with an ability to get on well with folks of all ages and at all stages of life. In a previous partnership with my husband, Leo Perwick, there was very much an emphasis on caring for clients. Customer service was of paramount importance - and continues to be to this day.

What I love most about real estate are the people. When people are either buying or selling they share their goals and aspirations, and for me, it’s a real privilege to get to know them and bring their dreams to fruition.

Prior to working in residential sales, I had extensive experience in the commercial side of real estate and the property development, building and telecommunications industries. Most of my roles were sole charge/administration so I am adept at problem-solving and wearing many hats.
