My wife and I first met Paul shortly after returning to New Zealand in 2008, after living in the UK for many years. "I have known Paul Studman for 10 years, when he first acted as agent for the apartment which I purchased at 7C The Pines, 75 Owens Rd, Epsom and then for the sale of my property in Remuera. At the time I was impressed with his integrity and commitment to providing service to both purchaser and seller. Ten years ago, there was a slump in the market and it took several months of Paul being in attendance at both a mid-week and weekend open home before the Remuera property was sold.
