An exceedingly positive experience 5 Stars - The marketing options were well presented and explained with best course of action quickly determined. The property went to market within a week and fortunately there was immediate interest in the property which had been well maintained by the tenants with support from the Property Managers. Tania's efforts to keep us informed and communicate developments were much appreciated and the market reports gave us accurate feedback. Her relaxed, caring and informed communication style made the selling experience less stressful and over all we are very happy with the outcome.

Our first impression of Tania was that she was incredibly invested in ensuring her clients' understanding of the process from start to finish and where her involvement in that process was. She contacted us a few days after our meeting to answer any questions and gauge our interest in employing her as our salesperson. This made us feel like her priority and that she was already invested in our joint success. She kept us well informed throughout the process and was involved at every step. She kept our cat company at open homes and respected our wishes that people remove their shoes inside. She has great humour, solid motivation to sell - a very genuine and honest humanbeing. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tania on the sale of my house. She is a consummate professional, and the experience was as easy and smooth as it could have been. Tania takes charge, shows endless initiative, and is utterly tenacious about getting things done. Tania was completely open and honest with me throughout the entire process, guided me through things I didn't quite understand, and never lost patience with my many questions. She communicated rigorously, and I was never left wondering about what stage we were at or what was happening. Tania was always realistic about the situation, and didn't try to mislead my expectations, firmly grounding me the whole way. She didn't hesitate to let me know when things were going well and more importantly, didn't hold back or sugarcoat things when there were setbacks. I met Tania at an open home and I am extremely grateful I did. The home was not suitable for me but Tania listened to what I was after and very quickly started to show me properties that would suit. Unfortunately at the time that I started to look, the real-estate market went mad and prices increased rapidly and for this reason I missed out on some properties. Tania stuck by me through this whole time supporting me until she found the perfect property in the right price range for me. My journey from when I started until I took possession was about six months long, however when I did purchase, I purchased with complete confidence that it was a very structurally sound house and had everything on my list ticked off. This was due to the sound knowledge that Tanya has in the real estate market and the fact that I instantly felt at ease when I met her and realised that she had listened to me and was supporting me through the whole process. At all times through my journey of purchasing a house Tania would keep me informed about houses coming onto the market, even if they were not suitable; but she would let me know about them so I could make an informed choice as to whether I wished to view them or not. When there was one that she felt was suitable she would make sure that I did view it so that I did not miss out on any possible properties. Just want to leave this review about Tania Colville from Barfoot & Thompson. We first met Tania at an open home over a year and a half ago. She was professional, lovely and super friendly. We started contacting her and using her as our sole salesperson as we were looking for a property in the area.

Over the last year and a half, she has taken us to multiple properties, I can't keep count. Every time, she made all the arrangements, was on time and walked us through the properties and the entire process. Even our kids love her now and treat her as family.
